User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.

All home plans are based on the following design assumptions: 8 foot basement ceiling height, 9 foot first floor ceiling height, 8 foot second floor ceiling height (if used), gable roof; 2 dormers, average roof pitch is 12:12, 1 to 2 covered porches, porch construction on foundations.
Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup. A:The walls are block.
The foundation thickness is up the owner. But they are drawn at 12". 4"brick veneer over 8" block
The floor joists are dimension lumber.
Footings and posts are supposing the porch.

Q:I have my county's requirements. Can you tell me which parts of the checklist that your and fulfill, and which ones I will need an engineer for? It would be great to know before I purchase. It is in solano county ca.
A:HVAC & Plumbing will have to be incorporated into the plans. We ask all of our clients to have a local engineer in their areas review the plans no matter so they meet the local requirements for their area.

Q:What are the dimensions of the garage doors and ceiling height. We have a 24 ft RV that is 94.5" wide by 11' 3" tall.
A:Garage doors are standard size 9'8

Q:I have a couple other questions, is the tub in the master bath 5 or 6 ft? Can you tell me the dimension of the utility room?
A:The tub is a 6' whirlpool tub.

Q:Wouldn the garage roof drain directly into the side of the house creating water problems?
A:We have never had any reports of issues with roof water drainage.

A:Any type of roof can be place on this home but please exam the weight. This is something that would need to be taken into consideration before moving forward. However, please remember that we do not specify the materials used for any of our homes.
