Summarized cost report will provide approximately 70 lines of cost detail within the following home construction categories: Site Work, Foundations, Basement (if used), Exterior Shell, Special Spaces (Kitchen, Bathrooms, etc), Interior Construction, Elevators, Plumbing, Heating / AC, Electrical Systems, Appliances, Contractor Markup. A:The mesh is 6" x 6" #10 gauge and the rebar is 5/8" x 20'.

Q:Hello! Please confirm the total square footage on this home. I see that the total living space is 1094 sq. ft. and the porches add 270 sq. ft. However, the overall dimensions calculate out to be 1500 sq. ft. Thank you! ,Submit

Q:Is it not drawn to scale then? Because when I measure, length and width don't match
A:The working drawings are to scale. The thumbnails on the website will not be to a scale.

Q:what are the measurements of the master bath? I would like to have a tub in there not just a shower.
A:The Master Bath is 10'-8" x 8'(in shower/toilet area), 6'(in vanity area).
It could be most likely be done with some rearranging. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
